Our bronze level membership for Beginners Pilates includes a 30 minute class based around the principles of Pilates for those who are early on in their practice or need to work on the basics before building up to more challenging levels.
Here you will build your confidence and strength with a mix of standing and mat work with options of different levels to challenge yourself and improve your practice.
This class is great if you are looking to refine your Pilates technique whilst gaining strength and improving your mobility and flexibility. If you have any injuries please get in touch before joining our classes.
Why not try our Gold level membership and add in a class of Relaxation Pilates alongside your practice - this 30 minute class is slower paced with more focus on gentle mobility and stretching with a lovely relaxation phase to end the class off and set you up for your day or nights sleep.
Our bronze level membership for Mixed Level Pilates includes a 30 minute class based around the principles of Pilates with higher level options for those who are a little way into their Pilates journey and would like to challenge and grow in practice. This class also offers lower level options because sometimes we need a lower level.

1:1 Pilates coaching is a great way to introduce yourself to Pilates, or if you want to challenge your practice and are looking for a more personalised approach then this is for you.
This coaching programme is designed around you and your needs and your goals. Together we look at how Pilates can help you with any ongoing injuries or issues and help you improve your posture and strengthen your body.
I have worked with numerous clients who have felt the benefits of 1:1 Pilates coaching which included; better sleep, improved confidence, better balance, reduced joint pain and muscle issues whilst improving their general wellbeing.
If you would like the chance to work with me in a 1:1 capacity, I only have limited spaces so need to check that you are the right fit for me and I’m the right fit for you because this option involves a 12 week minimum commitment from you with weekly personalised routines sent over to you and bi-weekly coaching calls that last 20 minutes on a Thursday evening.
In our coaching calls we tackle any issues you have and can modify and change the plan to suit you. It’s designed to fit around your lifestyle, so you can access the videos whenever suits you, at least once per week (or more if you want).
