I have practised Pilates for around fifteen years and been an instructor for around eight years. I love the way Pilates makes me feel, it works on the body in multiple ways; challenging, strengthening, stretching and opening up the mind and body. I love teaching and seeing people improve, their bodies becoming stronger, doing things they never thought they would be able to do, building confidence and belief in themselves.
I love that Pilates is available for anyone at any level and you can begin at any stage of your life, with years of sport and activity behind you or with none at all. I treat all of my classes like a community; building a safe space for people to grow and flourish.
I also work as a qualified physiotherapist, bringing my experience and knowledge of treating various conditions and injuries into my Pilates teaching.
